Cancellation and Refund Policy

       What happens if your flight is canceled due to bad weather?

If your balloon flight is canceled due to weather conditions, you will be refunded for your canceled flight.

Alternatively, we may transfer your canceled flight to the next day, depending on seat availability for the next day.

 What happens when you cancel the purchase?

The deduction specified in the flight cancellation change payment method will be charged to you by the splitter.

           Is there passenger insurance on hot air balloons?

Hot air balloon operators in Turkey are required by Turkish Civil Aviation Laws to insure their passengers. All passengers are covered by insurance.

           Can I update my pickup location later?

You can change your pickup location in the morning before your flight by sending an e-mail to fly@guvercinballoons.com.

Please note that your new address must be in the Cappadocia region of Urgup, Göreme, Uçhisar, Ortahisar, Mustafapaşa, Avanos, cavusin, İbrahimpaşa, Derinkuyu, Kaymaklı and Özkonak.
